Location: Belfast City Centre (City Quays Area)

Hours: 30 Hours per Week

Pay Rate: £15 per hour

Shift Pattern: Between 7:00am - 7:00pm, working either 6-hour or 12-hour shifts on a rota basis

Our client, a leading facilities and workplace services provider, is seeking two professional Receptionists to join a prestigious corporate site based in Belfast's City Quays area. This role offers the opportunity to work within a modern, professional environment where exceptional customer service, professionalism, and attention to detail are essential. As the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees, you will play a key role in creating a positive and welcoming experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Delivering a professional front-of-house and reception service
  • Welcoming visitors, guests, and contractors to the site
  • Managing visitor registration and access procedures
  • Answering, screening, and directing incoming calls
  • Handling enquiries efficiently and professionally
  • Managing meeting room bookings and supporting meeting room set-up
  • Receiving and distributing post, deliveries, and courier packages
  • Maintaining reception and communal areas to a high standard
  • Supporting general administrative and office coordination duties
  • Ensuring compliance with security, health & safety, and site procedures

About You

  • Previous experience in a receptionist, front-of-house, customer service, or administration role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional appearance and manner
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in a busy environment
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Reliable, proactive, and customer-focused approach

Experience within a corporate, professional services, or high-profile environment would be advantageous.

Security Clearance Requirements

Due to the nature of this role, successful candidates will be required to undergo and successfully complete: Access NI Clearance BPSS (Baseline Personnel Security Standard) Screening. Offers of employment will be subject to satisfactory completion of all required checks.
