Ashton Recruitment require a Compliance Administrator our client based in Toomebridge. Position: HR Compliance Administrator Location: Toomebridge Duration: Permanent Rate of Pay: £28,000-£30,000 per annum (Open to negotiation) Hours of Work: Monday – Friday, Full time Duties will include (but not be limited to): * Oversee and manage the visa application process, including preparation, submission, and tracking of visa applications. * Ensure all visa and immigration documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with local laws and regulations. * Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding visa and immigration inquiries. * Maintain and update records to ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and company policies. * Assist in the development and implementation of compliance policies and procedures. * Regularly audit internal processes to ensure alignment with compliance standards. * Coordinate and manage the end-to-end application processes related to compliance, including but not limited to work permits, visas, and other related documentation. * Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely and efficient processing of applications. * Monitor application timelines and provide status updates to relevant stakeholders. * Work alongside the HR Manager and Global Mobility team to support business operations and ensure a smooth workflow. * Provide support in other HR and compliance-related tasks as needed. * Effectively communicate with employees, stakeholders, and external partners regarding compliance processes and requirements. * Prepare and deliver regular reports on compliance activities and progress.
