Ashton Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative for our busy client based in West Belfast.
Location: West Belfast
Duration: 10 weeks Temp to Perm
Rate of Pay: £13.62 per hour rising to £14.18 per hour after 10 weeks
Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, 8am to 4.30pm
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Picking and packing orders using a handheld scanner
- Recording of goods inwards in line with company policies
- Accepting delivery of goods & ensuring that goods are checked off in an accurate and timely manner
- Assisting with warehouse duties as required
- Allocate goods to the correct area of the service yard and notify departments of their arrival
- Check for damages on products and report as necessary
- Ensuring the stores are clean and tidy and maintained to the highest standards
Essential Criteria:
- Excellent communication skills & attention to detail
- Previous warehouse experience
- Can work quickly & efficiently
Desirable Criteria:
- Aisle Master licence
