We are currently recruiting a pool of Port Operatives to support a number of busy clients in the Duncrue area of Belfast. If you enjoy hands-on work, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are happy to take on a variety of tasks, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
As a Port Operative, you'll play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly, assisting with the movement of goods, container unloading, site housekeeping, and general labouring duties.
Position Details- Work Location: Duncrue, Belfast
- Rate: £12.96 per hour
- Overtime Rate: £15.96 per hour after 6pm and on weekends
- Hours: 8am to 5pm
- Duration: Temporary Ongoing (Shifts will be confirmed on a Weekly/ Daily Basis)
- Free on-site parking

- Carrying out heavy lifting and manual handling duties
- General housekeeping and cleaning duties
- Sweeping and maintaining work areas
- Working efficiently to meet operational deadlines

- Undertaking additional labouring duties as required
- Previous experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, industrial, or labouring environment
- Ability to undertake heavy lifting and physical work
- Flexible approach to work and duties
- Excellent attendance and timekeeping record
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Willingness to undertake a variety of tasks as required
