We are recruiting for an HGV Class 2 Driver on behalf of our client based in Belfast, delivering furniture to customers throughout Northern Ireland. You'll be the face of the business on the road, ensuring deliveries arrive safely, professionally, and with a friendly customer experience.

Position Details

  • Location: Belfast
  • Duration: Temporary to Permanent
  • Pay: £14 - £15 per hour
  • Hours: Monday - Friday, 7am - 4pm (Flexibility required to start earlier and finish later when needed)

Your Duties

  • Deliver furniture to customers across Northern Ireland
  • Drive an HGV Class 2 vehicle safely and efficiently
  • Load and unload goods carefully to protect product quality
  • Provide excellent and friendly customer service on every delivery
  • Complete daily vehicle checks, reporting any issues to management
  • Work with the warehouse team to ensure accurate loading
  • Keep the vehicle clean and well maintained
  • Assist the wider team during busy periods
  • Assist with van driving duties when required

What We're Looking For

  • Valid HGV Class 2 Licence, CPC and Digital Tachograph
  • Minimum 6 months Class 2 driving experience
  • Good geographic knowledge of Northern Ireland
  • A reliable, flexible attitude to aid business needs
  • Professional and customer-focused approach
