About Your New Career
- You'll be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle from job brief to placement and aftercare.
- You'll proactively source and interview high-quality candidates.
- You'll take ownership for winning new business and grow existing client accounts.
- You'll deliver tailored staffing solutions and exceptional service to all clients & candidates.
- You'll ensure compliance, accuracy and strong CRM management.
- You'll maintain strong client and candidate relationships.
About You
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant in an agency environment.
- Strong business development and client management skills.
- Confident managing temp, contract and permanent recruitment.
- Highly organised, target-driven and relationship-focused.
- Full UK driving licence.
