Furniture Assembler/Van Driver in Belfast

Ashton Recruitment is currently recruiting a Furniture Assembler / Van Driver for our client based in Belfast. This role offers variety and responsibility, combining van driving with on-site furniture assembly across Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland. You\’ll be delivering materials, assembling office furniture, and supporting fit-out projects while working within a supportive team environment. Additional Information: Location: Belfast Duration: Temporary to Permanent Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm Rate of Pay: £13.00 per hour If you have experience in joinery, fit outs, or furniture fitting and enjoy practical, physical work, this role offers stable hours, competitive pay, and long-term potential. Duties (include but are not limited to): Deliver furniture materials to various sites Assemble office furniture on customer sites across NI and ROI Carry out light demolition duties where required Work efficiently and safely to ensure deadlines are met Follow all health and safety regulations at all times Ensure work areas and sites are left clean and tidy upon completion Essential Criteria: Background or experience in joinery, fit outs, or furniture fitting Valid, clean UK driving licence Over 25 years of age Mechanically minded with a practical skillset Self-motivated with a strong work ethic Excellent timekeeping and attendance Desirable Criteria: Valid CSR Card Ashton Recruitment is acting as a Recruitment Business.
