Are you an experienced Agency Recruitment Consultant who thrives on winning new business and delivering results? In this role, you will be responsible for attracting and sourcing candidates, developing new business, and delivering staffing solutions for clients across Northern Ireland. You will manage temporary, contract, and permanent vacancies, while providing a consistent, professional service from job brief through to placement and aftercare. This is more than just filling jobs. You will build long-term partnerships, represent the brand with credibility, and be recognised and rewarded for your success.

- You will proactively source and interview high-quality candidates.

- Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant in an agency environment.
- Strong business development and client management skills.
- Confident managing temp, contract and permanent recruitment.
- Highly organised, target-driven and relationship-focused.
- Full UK driving licence.
