Key Responsibilities
- Delivering a professional front-of-house and reception service
- Welcoming visitors, guests, and contractors to the site
- Managing visitor registration and access procedures
- Answering, screening, and directing incoming calls
- Handling enquiries efficiently and professionally
- Managing meeting room bookings and supporting meeting room set-up
- Receiving and distributing post, deliveries, and courier packages
- Maintaining reception and communal areas to a high standard
- Supporting general administrative and office coordination duties
- Ensuring compliance with security, health & safety, and site procedures
About You
- Previous experience in a receptionist, front-of-house, customer service, or administration role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and manner
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Ability to remain calm and professional in a busy environment
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Reliable, proactive, and customer-focused approach
Experience within a corporate, professional services, or high-profile environment would be advantageous.
Security Clearance Requirements
Due to the nature of this role, successful candidates will be required to undergo and successfully complete: Access NI Clearance BPSS (Baseline Personnel Security Standard) Screening. Offers of employment will be subject to satisfactory completion of all required checks.
