Position: Administrative Assistant
Location: Duncrue
Duration: Temporary (2nd March start)
Pay Rate: £25,000-£27,000 per annum
Hours of work: Monday - Friday, 09:00-17:00
Our client is a well-established specialist in office refurbishments, fit-out projects and workplace furniture solutions. They are now seeking a motivated and organised Administrative Assistant to join their Belfast team, providing high-quality administrative support across the office and ongoing projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting accounts administration, including invoice processing and maintaining sales and purchase ledgers
- Managing front-of-house reception and providing a professional first point of contact
- Preparing and typing quotations, acknowledgements and project documentation
- Creating and updating documents using Microsoft Word and Excel
- Maintaining accurate filing systems and keeping databases up to date
- Providing day-to-day general administrative support to the wider team
Essential Experience:
- A minimum of 1 year's administration experience
- 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) at Grade A-C, including English Language and Maths
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- The ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Excellent IT skills, including confidence using Microsoft Office
- A friendly, professional and confident telephone manner
