Ashton Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Sales Executive / Account Manager on behalf of our client, a well-established and globally recognised manufacturing business based in Bangor, County Down. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with B2B sales, internal sales, or account management experience to join a growing commercial team with exposure to international markets (US and Europe).
This is an office-based internal sales / account management role, focused on developing existing customer relationships rather than cold calling or field sales.
Key duties include (but not limited to):
- Managing and developing existing B2B customer accounts
- Driving sales growth, repeat business, and account retention
- Supporting product launches, promotions, and range reviews
- Working closely with marketing, supply chain, and customer service teams
- Maintaining accurate CRM systems, sales forecasts, and reporting
- Handling customer enquiries and ensuring high service levels
- Monitoring market trends and competitor activity
Requirements:
- Previous experience in Sales Executive, Account Manager, Internal Sales, or B2B Sales roles
- Strong relationship management and communication skills
- Commercial mindset with experience working to sales targets or KPIs
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Confident working with international customers
Desirable:
- Experience within manufacturing, plastics, FMCG, wholesale, or hair/beauty sectors
- Experience supporting export or international sales
