Hours: Monday - Friday, 09:00-17:00

Contract: Temporary - Permanent

Due to continued growth, they are seeking a Customer Service Administrator to join their team and support day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities (Not exhaustive)

  • Ensure all calls, emails, online enquiries, and collection requests are responded to within agreed service levels
  • Process and coordinate customer freight and collection requests accurately, ensuring all details are captured correctly
  • Liaise with customers, drivers, and internal teams to ensure smooth movement and delivery of parcels
  • Provide administrative support to the Sales Team, including logging and maintaining accurate sales lead information
  • Monitor and update internal systems to track consignments, collections, and customer requests
  • Resolve customer queries and issues efficiently, maintaining a high standard of service at all times
  • Maintain a strong understanding of systems, processes, and operational procedures to support service delivery and continuous improvement

Essential Criteria

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Previous administration or customer service experience (logistics/courier experience desirable)
  • Good geographical knowledge of Northern Ireland, particularly for routing and collections
  • Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Ability to work accurately with data and systems in a high-volume environment
