We are seeking an organised, enthusiastic, and forward-thinking CEIAG Co-ordinator to join our team and drive the day-to-day delivery of our vibrant careers programme. Working closely alongside our designated Careers Lead and Senior Leadership Team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our students are fully prepared for the world of work.
From coordinating large-scale careers fairs and building relationships with local businesses to delivering impartial one-to-one triage and supporting our most vulnerable learners, your work will directly impact the aspirations and destinations of our students.

The Ideal Candidate:
We are looking for someone who has the human skills to inspire teenagers, combined with the administrative precision required to maintain statutory standards. You should have:
- Experience working with young people, ideally within an educational, training, or youth-work setting.
- Outstanding communication skills, with the confidence to act as a bridge between the school, local employers, further education providers, and parents.
- Strong organisational skills to coordinate events, maintain accurate digital tracking systems, and process resource orders in line with Trust procedures.
- A deep commitment to maintaining an impartial, student-centered approach to careers advice, ensuring all students are aware of the full breadth of academic, vocational, and technical pathways available to them.
- A Level 6 or higher qualification in Career Guidance and Development or a formal commitment to working towards one.
