Location: Candidates’ main office base will be at one of our Dean Trust sites; this is to be agreed at interview, but will be either Huyton, Manchester or Trafford. Regular travel between all Trust sites will be required as part of the role.

As our Trust continues to grow, we are looking for an experienced, analytical and proactive Senior Data Analyst (Primary & Statutory) to join our central team. This is an exciting opportunity for a data professional who enjoys improving systems, supporting colleagues and using data to make a real difference to educational outcomes.
Working alongside the Trust MIS, Data & Exams Lead, you will play a key role in developing and maintaining our Trust-wide Management Information Systems, supporting schools with Bromcom, assessment and reporting, ensuring data accuracy and quality, and helping senior leaders make informed strategic decisions. You'll collaborate with school leaders and data teams across the Trust, providing expert support, training and guidance while helping to drive continuous improvement in our data systems and processes.
We are looking for someone who has:
- Significant experience working with management information systems and complex data.
- Excellent analytical skills and advanced Excel knowledge.
- Experience maintaining accurate data and producing meaningful reports.
- A proactive, organised and customer-focused approach.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Experience of working with school MIS systems, particularly Bromcom, is desirable.
