Working in our events spaces at Ashton Gate, you will play a vital role in enhancing our guests’ event experiences. Through exceptional service and attention to detail, you will ensure every customer feels valued during our non‑match day activities.
Key Objectives
- Responding to client enquiries and correspondence via the Front of House inbox.
- Organising small‑scale meetings & events.
- Creating, reviewing, and processing audiovisual (AV) equipment orders.
- Scheduling and managing digital screen content through the Tripleplay platform.
- Creating and scheduling reception display content using Tripleplay.
- Managing and distributing parking QR codes for visitors and staff.
- Reviewing, maintaining, and printing change logs to ensure accurate record‑keeping.
Key Responsibilities (KPIs)
- Creating functional event floor plans to support the operational teams set‑ups.
- Conducting client site visits to discuss event requirements and final details.
- Coordinating and participating in event handovers and post‑event debrief meetings.
- Updating event details on the stadiums event platform ‘Events500’.
- Booking event suppliers such as DJs whilst maintaining supplier relationships.
- Contacting our executive box bookings prior to events, confirming schedules, attendance details, and ensuring all arrangements are accurate and up to date.
- Undertaking any other reasonable management requests.
