Job Purpose

Fully support the Kitchen team in maintaining the hygiene and cleanliness standards in all the stadium kitchens, including all equipment and store areas.

Key Responsibilities (KPIs)

  • Using the dishwashers and equipment provided, ensure all cleaning jobs are carried out efficiently and in a timely manner.
  • Collect and wash up pots and pans.
  • Clean food preparation areas and equipment, in addition to crockery and cutlery.
  • Unload and put away food and equipment deliveries.
  • Keep the storeroom organised, clean and tidy ensuring stock rotation is fully covered.
  • Keep work surfaces, walls and floors clean and sanitised.

Essential Qualifications

  • Good time management.

  • Strong work ethic and reliability.
  • Basic food hygiene and cleanliness awareness.

Desirable Qualifications

Responsible for ensuring all health and safety procedures are followed at all times, with relevant paperwork to support. Ensure all employees complete their required training to do their job. Report all incidents and accidents as required. Report any hazards detected. Complete and review the risk assessments for the department.
