Ashton Community Science College is a Good School. (Ofsted 2023) We are looking for a dedicated Teacher of 3D Art and Design & Technology based in the workshop from 1st September 2025 to join our art, design and technology faculty. The school is an 11-16 mixed school with 870 pupils and was rated Good by Ofsted in the last inspection in 2023.

We seek an enthusiastic, well‑qualified teacher who can inspire learners across the full ability and age range, raise standards and contribute to the extra‑curricular life of the school.

Responsibilities:
  • Be an excellent classroom practitioner with a proven track record of exam performance (or contributor to this as a trainee if an ECT).
  • Be ambitious to raise attainment and achieve positive outcomes for all students.
  • Have a strong commitment to engaging students of all abilities.
  • Be innovative and inspirational in their classroom delivery.
