Your Role:
- As a Senior Lettings Negotiator, you’ll generate and book valuations, and may be required to carry out the occasional market appraisal/valuation which will hopefully lead to instructed properties.
- You will also be conducting property viewings, negotiating tenancies & maximising the overall income and profitability of your branch.
What We're Looking For:
- Estate Agency experience such as Lettings Negotiator, Sales Negotiator or Estate Agent.
- Able to generate new business in a target driven environment.
- Exceptional customer care/service experience.
- Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Hold a Full UK driving license.
