oin our Asset Integrity team as a Project Technician and support the delivery of innovative offshore inspection solutions to clients around the world.

Combining offshore project work with onshore planning and reporting, you'll play a key role in delivering subsea inspection, 3D modelling, and mooring integrity projects.

This role is hybrid onshore / offshore with approximately 100 days offshore per year globally.

This is an exciting role that encompasses exposure to offshore inspection operations, project delivery and emerging inspection technologies, creating excellent opportunities for continued technical and professional progression within the Asset Integrity team.

What you'll be doing

  • Support the planning and delivery of offshore inspection projects, including subsea 3D modelling and mooring integrity surveys.
  • Prepare project documentation, including method statements, risk assessments, task plans, and technical reports.
  • Select, test, calibrate, and prepare inspection equipment to ensure systems are fully operational for deployment.
  • Travel offshore to operate inspection systems, troubleshoot equipment, and deliver safe, efficient data acquisition.
  • Carry out data QA/QC and produce high-quality reports and 3D models to support client decision-making.
  • Build strong relationships with clients by participating in project meetings and providing technical support throughout project delivery.
  • Manage equipment demobilisation, post-project testing, and defect reporting to maintain operational readiness.
  • Support business development activities, equipment demonstrations, and training initiatives while maintaining accurate project records and ensuring compliance with HSEQ standards.

What experience you'll bring

  • HND or above (or equivalent) in Survey Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics or related discipline.
  • Ability and willingness to undertake approximately 100 days offshore per year globally.
  • Strong IT skills and ability to work with technical project data and software applications.
  • Previous experience in offshore, survey, inspection or ROV operations and knowledge of mooring systems and inspection techniques is preferred.
  • Hands‑on competence with electronic, electrical or mechanical systems used in subsea environments and 3D modelling data capture and model generation also beneficial.
