Overview
What You\\\’ll Be Doing Step into the role of Workshop Supervisor at our Fintray facility, where you\\\’ll lead from the front – getting hands-on with the maintenance and servicing of mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and subsea equipment. You will also oversee the team of Technicians and workshop personnel.
Responsibilities
- Inspecting, testing, repairing and preparing Diesel Driven Pumps, HPUs, Air Powered Reels and compressors
- Supporting the Workshop Manager with the planning and smooth running of on-site activities
- Overseeing workshop and yard activity and delegating tasks as required
- Liaising with internal and external customers, ensuring all work is completed to the highest standard and in line with customer requirements
- Playing a lead role in development of the wider Workshop team
What Experience You\\\’ll Bring
- Previous work in a lead or supervisory capacity
- Knowledge of offshore operations and pneumatic and hydraulic systems
- Experience working with diesel engines (Detroit, Volvo, CAT, Iveco, Perkins)
- HNC or above in Mechanical Engineering
