Ashtead Technology have an exciting opportunity to join our Asset Integrity teams as a Trainee Onshore Survey Technician in Kintore. Joining Ashtead Technology as a Trainee gives you the chance to gain real-world experience, strengthen your technical capabilities, and lay the foundations for a successful and progressive career within the business.
What You'll Be Doing
- Learning how to inspect, test, repair, and prepare subsea survey equipment and bespoke solutions packages.
- Supporting the commissioning of brand-new equipment and getting it ready for use.
- Preparing equipment for hire, making sure everything is fully functional, correctly labelled, documented, photographed, and presented to a high professional standard.
- Off-hiring equipment returning from jobs, testing it in line with workshop procedures, and reporting any missing or damaged items.
- Assisting with equipment repairs and builds, working to manufacturer standards.
- Helping assemble and build bespoke Ashtead Technology products and carrying out electrical safety tests and learning about calibration and measurement processes.
- Using company systems to complete work orders, customer records, stock checks, and export documentation.
