We are looking for an experienced and driven professional to lead the planning, offshore execution, and reporting of Asset Integrity inspection projects. This role combines onshore project leadership with hands‑on delivery of mooring integrity and subsea photogrammetry scopes. This is primarily an onshore role with offshore commitments as required.
What you'll be doing:
- Manage equipment selection, testing, calibration, packing and loadout; maintain readiness of inspection systems and sensors.
- Undertake offshore assignments to run inspection scopes, troubleshoot equipment, and ensure safe, efficient, and high‑quality data acquisition.
- Liaise with clients before, during and after operations; manage kick‑off meetings, daily progress calls and wash‑up meetings.
- Lead, mentor, and support offshore operations teams through toolbox talks, pre‑task briefings, and on‑the‑job training.
- Prepare and manage project documentation in line with contractual and regulatory requirements.
- Assist business development activities, demonstrations and client relationship building and support with contracts administration and management of client invoicing of hire/ sales and recharges.
Essential requirements:
- HND or above (or equivalent) in Survey Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics or related discipline.
- Proven offshore experience in inspection, ROV or survey related role.
- Hands‑on competence with electronic, electrical and mechanical systems used in subsea environments.
- Ability to lead small offshore team and influence safe, high quality project execution.
- Flexibility in working schedule and willingness to travel offshore at short notice.
Preferred:
- Project management/execution experience with client facing communication.
- ROV inspection operational procedure writing experience.
- Knowledge of mooring systems, failure modes and inspection techniques.
- Experience with photogrammetry data capture and model generation.
- Experience in undertaking maintenance, testing and repair of ROV inspection systems and sensors.
