What you'll be doing:
- Processing purchase invoices, employee expenses and company credit card claims across all global entities, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
- Building and maintaining positive supplier relationships by handling and resolving supplier queries efficiently.
- Preparing payment runs and supporting the timely payment of suppliers.
- Supporting the wider Finance team with day-to-day activities and additional tasks as required by your line manager.
What experience you'll bring:
- Graduate, part-qualified or qualified accountant, ideally with previous experience in an industry environment.
- The ability to work independently using your own initiative, while contributing effectively as part of a small team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to work with colleagues at all levels of the business.
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and work to tight deadlines.
- A positive, proactive and professional approach, with strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Good IT skills, particularly Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience using NetSuite would be advantageous but is not essential.
