This is an exciting opportunity to support our rapidly growing events business as a Wedding & Event Co‑ordinator. We are looking for an ambitious, highly organised person with excellent people skills to join our dynamic events team. You will be responsible for bringing each couple's dream to life by delivering every detail of their wedding. You will also deliver excellent client events, from business conferences to private functions, working across both B2C and B2B. In this role you will work closely with clients, as well as with our Food and Beverage teams, to ensure a consistently flawless client experience and revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  • Work with clients to coordinate and deliver their onsite events; agree requirements, set expectations and provide effective communication to ensure an excellent event.
  • Inform internal teams proactively of event requirements and client preferences; work together to ensure a successful outcome for all parties.
  • Keep the CRM database up to date with client information and correspondence so you and others can use it for business intelligence and client management.
  • Build successful, professional relationships with clients to understand their particular needs and encourage business development.
  • Respond to residential enquiries and liaise with the appropriate internal teams.
  • Assist the Sales team by meeting potential clients, showcasing Ashridge and booking repeat business.
  • Understand the needs and expectations of each client by building a friendly and respectful working relationship.
  • Maintain complete, accurate and up‑to‑date filing of all correspondence.
  • Understand the history of Ashridge and, when required, give short tours of the House to clients.
  • Prepare and deliver accurate invoices, sending them to clients within a timely manner prior to their events, following up to ensure.
