Join to apply for the Apprentice Progression Partner role at Ashridge House. Working closely with the Head of Apprentice Progression, Learning Support, and apprenticeships team, you will support a caseload of apprentices throughout their learning journey — from initial onboarding to successful and timely completion. Your guidance and support will shape apprentices’ personal and professional development, helping them achieve their goals and reach their full potential.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct Tripartite Reviews with apprentices and their line managers, ensuring alignment between workplace practice and programme outcomes.
- Deliver additional reviews (such as coaching or support) as needed to meet individual learning needs.
- Monitor allocated apprentice progress, identifying opportunities for development and addressing barriers to success.
- Support apprentices in applying their Knowledge, Skills, and Behaviours (KSBs) within the workplace through SMART targets, reflective logs, and skills radars.
- Provide clear guidance and preparation for apprentices End-Point Assessment (EPA).
- Review, mark, and accept evidence for both Off-The-Job (OTJ) hours and End-Point Assessment (EPA) portfolios, ensuring evidence meets quality and compliance standards.
- Respond promptly to queries from apprentices and stakeholders, maintaining accurate and timely records of all interactions and progress updates.
