Are you looking for a care management role with a difference? One that enables you to be truly person centred, focusing on supporting one client to live their life to the fullest, rather than trying to support a big portfolio of clients? If so, this could be the role for you.

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic care manager to guide and inspire a small, dedicated team of live-in carers who support one remarkable woman living life her way. She has a learning disability and epilepsy, so it is essential you have experience in these areas. Living in her own home in the Roehampton (Southwest London) area with 24-hour support, she privately arranges her own care and enjoys a vibrant lifestyle.

This isn’t just a job. You’ll be part of something meaningful, dynamic and deeply rewarding. Your leadership will help ensure she continues to have the very best experiences possible.

About the individual you’ll support: She is fun-loving, independent, and fortunate to enjoy 2:1 support, which allows her to live life to the fullest. Her regular activities include:

  • Relaxing monthly spa days
  • Lunch outings and social trips
  • Visits to exhibitions, attractions and new places
  • Opportunities for new experiences and meaningful engagement

Your leadership will help ensure each day is filled with enjoyment, dignity and choice.

Why join our team?

  • Great place to build your skills with ongoing professional development
  • We celebrate our successes and genuinely care about our teams: celebrating work anniversaries, birthdays and organising team socials
  • Free Employee Assistance Programme offering confidential advice and support
  • We’re rated 5 stars for culture and management by our teams (source: Indeed)
  • We’re an award-winning team – recognised for mental health and dementia care excellence (Home Care Awards 2025)
  • Potential for quarterly performance-based bonus scheme
  • Benefits package including: 33 days holiday per annum (pro rata and inclusive of bank holidays), NEST pension scheme, client referral scheme, family and friends' discount, Blue Light Card

As Care Manager, you will:

  • Provide day-to-day guidance, supervision and support to a close-knit team of carers
  • Champion person-centred values, ensuring every interaction is respectful, empowering and shaped by what matters to our client
  • Help maintain a warm, positive, high-quality support environment
  • Coordinate routines, encourage creativity, and make sure the team is always striving for excellence
  • Play a key role in enabling an active, exciting lifestyle

About you:

  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in care, with a strong understanding of quality care practices
  • Experience in supporting people with learning disabilities and epilepsy essential
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Flexibility, to support at weekends and evenings
  • Compassionate, proactive, and solution-focused
  • Confident using IT systems (MS Office, care software)
  • Knowledge of CQC standards
  • NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or working towards it) preferred
  • Driving licence and access to your own car is desirable
