Ashridge Group is excited to announce a new opportunity! We are currently looking for a Mobile Operations Support Officer to join our team at Head Office on a full-time, permanent basis. Our core values—Passionate, Diligent, Responsiveness, and Competent—are at the heart of everything we do.

The role will consist of but not limited to:

  • Attending alarm activations
  • Conducting patrols using a company vehicle
  • Completing telephone and virtual welfare checks
  • Answering the duty manager phone and dealing with any issues that arise for our officers on site
  • Assisting the Head office team in providing excellent customer service
  • Reporting back to the Contracts and Operations Manager

The ideal candidate needs to reside within 10 miles of Head office (Aylesbury/Leighton Buzzard/Milton Keynes or the surrounding area) and be IT literate as you will be updating Excel spreadsheets and using web-based systems to complete your role. MUST HAVE A VALID UK DRIVING LICENCE WITH NO MORE THAN 3 POINTS IN THE LAST 3 YEARS.

Location: Soulbury (LU7 0JL)

Pay Rate: £13.45 per hour, £29,374.80 per annum

Working Hours: 20:00 – 08:00 on a 4 on 4 off rotation

Duties include:

  • Responding to alarm activations
  • Lock-ups/un-locks
  • Conducting welfare visits with guards via telephone and video calls
  • Assisting with scheduling and control room duties
  • Compiling reports for the management team
  • Daily vehicle checks
  • Answering incoming calls and enquiries
  • Managing staff allocation in the event of absence

All candidates applying for this position must hold a valid manual driving licence as you will have use of the company vehicle when on duty.
