Head of Development & Major Gifts in Oxford

The Ashmolean Museum invites a strategic, collaborative fundraising leader to join the Development team as Head of Development. You will shape ambitious plans, deepen major donor engagement, and build long‑term partnerships in the UK and internationally.

Working with the Director and senior leaders, you will lead a talented Development team, secure six‑ and seven‑figure gifts, and support the Oxford Excellence Campaign’s global reach.
