We currently have a vacancy at our King William Care Home working 28 hours a week over 4 shifts!
As a Senior Care Assistant at Ashmere Care Homes, you’ll play a key leadership role within our friendly care team, ensuring residents receive the best possible support and that each shift runs smoothly and professionally. You’ll lead by example, showing compassion, respect, and dedication in everything you do.
About The Role
Your main duties will include:
- Leading and supporting care staff
- Administering and recording medication
- Assisting residents with personal care and mealtimes
- Communicating effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals
- Liaising with the Home Manager, GPs, and nurses
We’re looking for someone with an NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or working towards it), with previous experience running shifts and administering medication. However, we can support you with this should you be successful in gaining a role with us.
