Do you have experience running shifts and administering medication? Are you passionate about providing high-quality, person-centred care? We’re looking for caring, reliable, and enthusiastic individuals who go the extra mile for our residents. We currently have a vacancy at our King William Care Home working 28 hours a week over 4 nights.

About The Role

Your main duties will include leading and supporting care staff, administering and recording medication, assisting residents with personal care and mealtimes, communicating effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals, and liaising with the Home Manager, GPs, and nurses.

We’re looking for someone with an NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or working towards it), with previous experience running shifts and administering medication.

Working for an established care provider like Ashmere, you start your journey with us by attending our monthly new starter company induction with all new joiners from all of our homes. We will kit you out with uniform, pay for your DBS check, provide you with regular training and maybe even spoil you with cake from time to time!
