Our vacancy is for a Senior Care Assistant at Ashmere Care Homes, working 35 hours a week over 5 shifts – including nights.

The role requires flexibility and involves leading and supporting care staff.

About The Role

Your main duties will include

  • Leading and supporting care staff
  • Administering and recording medication
  • Assisting residents with personal care and mealtimes
  • Communicating effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals
  • Liaising with the Home Manager, GPs, and nurses
