The predicted salary is between 11 - 14 £ per hour.

Location: Lowes Hill

We are looking for local people who are passionate about providing an outstanding level of care and going the extra mile for our residents. We currently have a vacancy working 21 hours a week over 3 shifts.

Responsibilities

The ideal candidate must be flexible in working all shifts. It might not be that you have any paid experience providing care to others; however, you may have looked after and given care to a friend or family member. It would be desirable if you have an NVQ2 or are working towards it. If not, don’t worry, we can provide you with all the training that you need in our induction scheme and through our buddying scheme when you start in our home.

Working for an established care provider like Ashmere, you start your journey with us by attending our monthly new starter company induction with all new joiners from all of our homes. We will kit you out with uniform, pay for your DBS check, provide you with regular training and maybe even spoil you with cake from time to time!

Across our seven care homes, we deliver a full range of services including residential care, nursing, dementia support, complex continuing health care, and end-of-life care — even providing a dedicated household for Deaf and hard-of-hearing residents cared for by BSL-fluent staff.
