As a Clinical Community Lead at Ashlynn Grange Care Home, you will be responsible for the day-to-day leadership and management of our clinical community within the home.
Ashlynn Grange is a 153-bed care home in Peterborough. The home prides itself on the surrounding gardens that grow flowers and a variety of vegetables. The level of care is exceptional, and staff keep residents entertained with a full programme of activities and live performances on our outdoor stage. Our newly refurbished café is available to residents and their visitors, serving a variety of fresh tea, coffee and cakes daily.
Responsibilities
- Take responsibility for pro-actively managing the unit.
- Ensure timely completion of monthly audits: medication management, pressure ulcer prevention, diet and hydration and care planning.
- Monitor the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of residents' care through monthly audit of care plans using a planned approach, for example Resident of the Day.
- Ensure planned supervision is carried out for all team members in line with company policy.
Qualifications
- Qualified RN/RGN/RMN.
- Minimum of two years' shift leadership and management experience.
- Proven track record leading, empowering, supporting and motivating a clinical team.
