Hours: 09:00-17:00 Monday-Friday

We are looking for an enthusiastic Administrative Assistant to work closely within the Online Retail branch of our business.

You’ll be expected to:

  • Assist the marketing team with adding items onto the website via Shopify
  • Assist the marketing team with data entry into the back office of Shopify
  • Assisting in the maintenance of data in Shopify
  • Inputting product data into company accounting software (sage 200)
  • Maintaining product data in company accounting software
  • Help with integration of website banners, customer mailers and social media posts
  • Creating and managing documents and spreadsheets for marketing and operations department

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Confident with all Microsoft Office packages
  • Previous administrative experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Sage 200 experience preferable but not essential
  • Shopify and Web Design experience desirable, however training can be provided.
