We are expanding our Property Department and are looking for an experienced Property Lawyer, Licensed Conveyancer or Senior Conveyancing Paralegal to join us at an exciting stage of our growth journey.

We are looking for someone who wants to help shape and build a thriving Residential and Commercial Property Department, with genuine opportunities to progress into senior leadership roles and Partnership as the firm continues to grow.

The Role
You will manage your own caseload with minimal supervision, handling a mixture of residential and commercial property matters from instruction through to completion.
Your work will include
- Residential sales and purchases
- Freehold and leasehold transactions
- New build matters
- Remortgages
- Transfers of equity
- Commercial property sales and acquisitions
- Commercial leases, assignments and renewals
- Landlord and tenant matters
- Refinancing and secured lending transactions
You will be responsible for
- Managing files independently from instruction to completion
- Advising clients throughout the conveyancing process
- Conducting title reviews and property investigations
- Preparing and reviewing legal documentation
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, brokers, lenders and other stakeholders
- Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and lender requirements
- Maintaining excellent client care and communication standards
- Supporting the ongoing development of the Property Department
About You
We would like to hear from candidates who
- Have experience managing their own conveyancing caseload
- Have residential conveyancing experience as a minimum
- Have commercial property experience or a strong desire to develop this area
- Can work independently with minimal supervision
- Possess strong organisational and time management skills
- Demonstrate excellent client care and communication abilities
- Are commercially aware and motivated to contribute to a growing department
- Have experience using case management systems (preferably LEAP) and Microsoft Office
