Duties will include:
- Own and grow a portfolio of international clients
- Act as main POC, managing all aspects of the relationship
- Oversee onboarding, set up and renewal contract extensions
- Develop and implement strategic account plans
- Work closely with the compliance team to agree SLA’s
- Troubleshoot issues arising from delivery and reporting of services
- Chair and drive regular client calls
- Manage cross-functional and cross-border dependencies
- Use data analytics and reporting tools to turn data into insight
The successful candidate will have excellent communication/relationship-building skills. Strong planning and organisation ability, as well as the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities is essential.
