An accountancy practice based in central Bristol is currently recruiting a Junior Accountant to join their team.

Working for an independent, expanding business, this is an excellent opportunity for anyone looking to further their career within this field and undertake a professional accountancy qualification as study support will be provided.

Duties will include:

  • Preparing financial accounts for clients
  • VAT returns
  • Tax computations
  • Assisting clients with financial queries
  • Liaising with the payroll department regarding individual contractors and their queries

Previous experience of working within an accounts team is advantageous but not essential. The successful candidate must have good academics and be confident dealing with people both over the phone and face to face.
