Duties:
- Facilities management of the office, arranging events and coordinating staff socials
- PA duties to the Directors, diary management, absence and expense management
- Providing confidential and high-level executive assistance to the Directors
- Dealing with all building insurance, business rates and utility management
- Health and safety and HR administration
- Responsible for inventory of office supplies
- Assist and contribute to ongoing process improvements within the office
The successful candidate will have previous EA/PA/office management experience. Excellent communication and organisational skills are essential.
