A service organisation based in Emersons Green is currently recruiting a Financial Controller to join their team. This is a newly created role working for a growing SME and is an excellent opportunity for anyone looking to further their career within this field.

Duties will include:

  • Management of staff, setting targets, coaching and appraisals
  • Month end analysis and reporting
  • Producing a full set of management accounts
  • Review of working capital requirements for new projects
  • Assisting with pricing strategies in different areas of the business
  • Business partnering with senior operational team
  • Continuous process improvement analysis within the finance team

The successful candidate will ideally be qualified and have experience of working in construction/facilities management. Excellent analytical skills and previous experience of managing staff are also essential.
