Duties will include:
- Lead day to day activity, performance and quality of sales support team
- Lead, allocate and monitor daily tasks of the team
- Review and approve quotations
- Prepare and present accurate reporting including pipeline, quotations and performance
- Support tender submissions and commercial proposals
- Ensure team maintains accurate CRM system
- Identify and implement process improvements within the team
- Coordinate with operational team to clarify scops requirements, missing information and support progression through the sales process
