Duties will include:
- Regular review of debtor credit limits
- Chasing overdue debt over telephone and email
- Monitoring policies to ensure adequate limits are in place
- Assist clients with the running and understanding of their facility
- Meeting set KPI’s
- Ensure client records are kept up to date
- Attendance at Portfolio meetings as required
Previous credit control experience is essential. The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate excellent relationship-building and customer service skills.
