We’re currently recruiting for an experienced and reliable HGV Class 2 HIAB Driver to join our growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driver who enjoys a mix of driving and hands-on work, with the added responsibility of operating a HIAB crane.
The Role
- Driving a Class 2 (Category C) vehicle fitted with a HIAB crane
- Safe loading, unloading, and delivery of materials to customer sites
- Operating the HIAB crane in line with safety standards and site requirements
- Delivering to construction sites, builders’ merchants, and residential locations
- Conducting daily vehicle and equipment checks
- Completing delivery paperwork and maintaining accurate records
What We’re Looking For
- Valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) licence
- CPC qualification and Digital Tachograph card
- HIAB certification (ALLMI or equivalent)
- Proven experience operating a HIAB crane safely and efficiently
- Strong awareness of health & safety procedures
- Professional, customer-focused attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
