The predicted salary is between 36000 - 54000 £ per year.
New Talent & Development Manager role, based in London. The salary for this role is £45k per annum plus a £5k travel allowance. Hybrid working is available - 1 day per week from home and there is expected travel to various sites around London.
Responsibilities include:
- Work collaboratively with leaders, embedding a positive learning culture across all parts of the business.
- Conduct regular training needs analysis and target resources accordingly.
- Be the go-to person for questions and discussions around learning, talent and development.
- Provide advice and guidance about learning opportunities to support the delivery of personal, departmental and business objectives.
- Develop and provide a range of leadership development programmes.
- Procure and work closely with a range of external training providers.
- Promote the use of LMS, and maximise its potential for the business.
- Look for opportunities to gain funding from grants and other sources.
- Evaluate all learning interventions to assess impact and efficacy.
- Develop career pathways for all roles and job families at the company.
- Promote and maintain succession planning for departments and report on identified areas to the Boards.
- Produce L&D reports to show the uptake of training and spend by department and site.
- Monitor the L&D budget and understand the programmes you can design in-house and when to seek external subject matter experts.
Experience required:
- Possess a solid understanding of learning and development strategies, best practices and processes.
- Be able to build positive working relationships with senior stakeholders and explore training needs.
- Possess proven experience designing and delivering in-house training and development opportunities.
- Previous experience of completing training needs analysis, designing and delivering engaging training solutions, and providing ongoing coaching and support to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing success.
- Be able to contribute to a thriving culture, building positive relationships with colleagues across all departments, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.
