Are you a dynamic and strategic Senior HR Business Partner looking to make a real impact in a global professional services business? We are seeking an experienced HR professional to partner with senior stakeholders, driving the people agenda and supporting the firm's continued success. Reporting to the Head of HR Business Partnering you will be based in the Manchester office for 3 days a week. Salary £85k - £90k basic + benefits. You will also need to be comfortable with travelling to London regularly.
About the Role:
As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will play a key role in shaping and implementing HR strategies that align with business goals. Working closely with Partners and leadership teams, you will provide expert advice on talent management, employee relations, organisational development, and diversity & inclusion. Leading a small team of HR Advisors, you will be responsible for setting clear objectives and supporting development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing strategic HR support
- Lead on talent development, succession planning, and performance management
- Partner with teams to drive employee engagement and retention strategies
- Oversee complex employee relations matters, ensuring best practice and compliance
- Support diversity, equity & inclusion initiatives to foster a high-performing culture
- Lead on change management and workforce planning projects
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner in a professional services or legal environment
- CIPD qualification or equivalent will be highly advantageous.
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Strategic mindset with the ability to deliver people-focused solutions
- Experience leading HR initiatives in a fast-paced, evolving environment
