New People Business Partner role, based in London. I am delighted to be working with one of my clients, based in London as they look to recruit for a full time, permanent, People Business Partner. The salary for this role is up to £65k per annum (DOE) plus a £5k travel allowance. Hybrid working is available - 1 day per week from home and there is expected travel to various sites around London.

People Business Partner Responsibilities:

  • This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering the People Strategy, partnering closely with leaders and teams to create a world-class experience for all colleagues.
  • In this role, you will work across all aspects of the employee lifecycle - from talent and performance to change management and cultural transformation.
  • You will bring a modern, commercial approach to HR, helping to embed our values, drive innovation and foster a positive, high-performance culture.

Experience Required:

  • Previous experience as a People or HR Business Partner.
  • Experience of managing a HR function and a HR team.
  • Be a true HR generalist and cover the full employee lifecycle.
  • Ideally be CIPD L7 qualified or have a degree or MSc in HR.
  • Possess a solid knowledge and understanding of UK employment law.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and best practices.
  • Outgoing, approachable, and proactive personality to make an immediate impact.
