This is a 1-2 month interim assignment. We are recruiting for an experienced Interim HR pro to join a business on a high-profile organisational change project. This role will suit someone who thrives in complex ER environments and has experience supporting managers through significant contractual change.
We are interested in speaking to people that have worked with an hourly paid workforce - private or public sector.
Your experience will include:
- Collective consultation
- Changes to terms and conditions of employment
- Contract variations and issuing variation letters
- Coaching managers through sensitive ER matters
- Employment law and organisational change
- Working independently within a busy HR team
Hybrid working - based in London two days per week, with regular travel to sites. All sites are accessible via public transport.
