We're recruiting for a newly created position within the European division of a fast‑growing global organisation.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a business in a significant growth phase, helping to build governance, processes and HR frameworks as the organisation expands across Europe through acquisition.
The Role
- Partner with stakeholders across multiple European countries to ensure compliant management of agency workers and fixed-term contractors.
- Provide expert guidance on agency worker regulations, employment compliance and contractual risk.
- Support business growth through acquisitions, helping integrate contingent workforces.
- Advise managers on disciplinary and grievance matters relating to agency workers.
- Develop and improve HR processes, governance frameworks and compliance standards.
- Work closely with HR, legal and operational stakeholders across Europe.
About You
- Strong HR Business Partner experience within a contingent workforce or managed services environment - essential
- Expertise in agency worker regulations, fixed-term contracts and workforce compliance.
- Excellent stakeholder management and commercial partnering skills.
- CIPD Level 5 or above.
- Experience gained within organisations such as major staffing, outsourcing or managed service providers would be highly advantageous.
