We are seeking an experienced HR & DEI Administrator to support our clients core HR operations and assist their DEI Lead in delivering their DEI strategy. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to both HR processes and initiatives that foster an inclusive and engaging workplace culture.

In this role, you will manage key HR activities such as onboarding and offboarding, maintaining HRIS records, administering benefits and leave, and supporting policy compliance. You will also play a key part in DEI initiatives, including supporting their Diversity Action Group meetings, coordinating training and events, tracking budgets, and helping deliver internal communications to promote inclusion across the organisation.

We are looking for someone passionate about DEI, highly organized, and confident in managing competing priorities. Strong communication skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office and collaborative tools like Teams and SharePoint are essential.

Previous experience in HR administration within a fast‐paced environment is required, along with a good understanding of the Equality Act 2010 and DEI concepts such as unconscious bias and inclusive language. Experience supporting events or communications, even through voluntary roles, is also highly valued.
