We are working with a fast-paced, multi-sited organisation to appoint an ER Advisor/Partner. This is a key role within a growing HR function, offering genuine ownership of employee relations activity and the opportunity to work closely with an experienced and supportive HR leadership team.

The business is continuing to grow and has recently undergone a restructure, with a clear focus on strengthening its people function, improving systems, and building capability across the HR team. This is a highly operational environment, supporting a large and diverse workforce across multiple London locations.

This is a hands-on, employee relations focused position, responsible for managing a high volume of casework and supporting managers across a complex, multi-site operation. You will act as a trusted HR advisor, ensuring consistency, fairness, and a strong employee experience across all people processes.

Key responsibilities
  • Managing end-to-end employee relations casework including disciplinaries, grievances, performance and absence management
  • Supporting organisational change, restructures, TUPE and redundancy processes, often within unionised environments
  • Managing a live caseload of 10+ active cases at any one time
  • Coaching and guiding managers through ER processes and decision-making
  • Working closely with operational teams across multiple London sites
  • Ensuring accurate case documentation and compliance within HR systems
  • Supporting the rollout and ongoing use of a modern HR system with integrated digital tools
About you
  • Strong background in employee relations and case management is essential
  • Confident managing disciplinaries, grievances and complex investigations end-to-end
  • Experience in a high-volume, operational or multi-site environment
  • Exposure to restructures, redundancy and TUPE processes
  • Experience within operational or frontline workforce environments
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Able to operate confidently in a fast-paced, visible and hands-on role
