Responsibilities:

  • Stable career history in permanent roles.
  • Previous standalone L&D manager roles or small-team experience are a must.
  • Proven design expertise and confidence with L&D systems.
  • Proven end-to-end experience in identifying, designing, delivering, and evaluating L&D initiatives.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience managing third-party training suppliers and leveraging expertise to optimise program outcomes.
  • Experience working in Facilities, Maintenance or Technical sectors is preferred.
