Responsibilities:
- Stable career history in permanent roles.
- Previous standalone L&D manager roles or small-team experience are a must.
- Proven design expertise and confidence with L&D systems.
- Proven end-to-end experience in identifying, designing, delivering, and evaluating L&D initiatives.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience managing third-party training suppliers and leveraging expertise to optimise program outcomes.
- Experience working in Facilities, Maintenance or Technical sectors is preferred.
